Three Pillars Recruiting was founded in 2008 on one basic idea: recruiting works best when you have a real understanding of the markets you’re hiring in.

We operate across a focused and interconnected set of industries, including AdTech & MarTech, Retail Media, Brands & Agencies, Content, Entertainment & Sports, Native & Agentic, AI, SaaS & Emerging Tech, as well as Consulting & Private Equity. Many of these ecosystems overlap, and we’ve spent years building relationships and pattern recognition across them.

Our experience and knowledge allow us to go deeper than just surface-level recruiting. We understand how these companies are structured, how teams evolve at different stages, and what profiles tend to succeed in each environment. Whether it’s building out GTM teams, product/engineering/tech teams, machine learning/data science teams, or placing executive leadership, we focus on hires that have a real impact on how companies scale.

We are a team of 18, allowing us to provide white glove service while cultivating long-termrelationships beyond one-off transactional recruiting. By leveraging significant expertise across both Contingency & Executive/Retained search and working closely with founders, executives, and investors, we are able to define hiring priorities, map talent markets, and build teams in a deliberate and thoughtful way.

Avi Mally

CEO

Avi Mally founded Three Pillars Recruiting 17+ years ago. He focuses exclusively on Executive/Retained Search, and the remainder of his team of ~20 focus on Non-Executive/Contingency Search. He’s an LP in Stage 2 Capital, ShineCapital, m]x[v Capital, Ground Up Ventures, and Lumia Capital. Three Pillars Recruiting has become one of the leading executive search firms in the country. They have been building high impact teams for F500 Brands, DTC Brands, SportsBetting/Sportsbook, Publishers, Media Agencies, Venture Capital/Private Equity(VC/PE), Consulting & Digital Transformation firms, and disruptive startups across AdTech/MarTech, Influencer Marketing Platforms, eSports, SaaS, and Emerging Technology for the past 17+ years.

Dan Goldsmith

Managing Director

Dan Goldsmith brings 15 years of technology and media sales experience, 10 of which have been spent exclusively focused on executive recruiting across the digital media landscape. He has had the unique experience of recruiting for some highly impactful and cutting edge organizations. Dan started his technology sales career selling enterprise level solutions for numerical computation, visual programming and algorithmic development at The Mathworks. He then built New York’s first Digital Media Sales Recruiting practice at AC Lion where for 10 years he recruited for DoubleClick, Google, OpenX, Pontiflex and many many more.

Gavin Frank

Managing Director

If there’s ever been a guy with the gift of gab, it’s Gavin Frank! Gavin started his career as a Director of Recruitment at Aish HaTorah in Manhattan where he supervised a staff of five and coordinated regional programming as well as one-on-one learning sessions. In 2007, he decided it was time to move back to Atlanta with his family and accepted a role with First NLC Financial Services, an independent mortgage banking company, originating loans in 38 states. In 2010, Gavin landed at Three Pillars and quickly made a name for himself, becoming the highest-billing first-year recruiter in corporate history. Currently, he stands as one of the highest billers in company history. In his current role as Managing Director, Gavin enjoys sharing his industry knowledge with his coworkers and has taken a special interest in becoming an expert in the emerging areas of MarTech and AdTech.

Amanda Siegelman

Managing Director

Amanda started at Three Pillars Recruiting in 2010, quadrupling her billing in her 2nd year and consistently ranking as one of the top producers ever since. She is a quick read and there’s rarely a search she can’t fill, which is why she has one of the highest fill ratios in the company. She has a reputation for striking the balance of being honest and transparent on one hand, and aggressive on the other hand, quickly building teams with multiple leaders in the space. Prior to joining Three Pillars Recruiting, Amanda stumbled upon a sales career, starting off at IDT as a Retention Agent for AOL. Remember dialup? She quickly became a recognized star who consistently performed in the top 5% amongst a massive sales organization, and thrived in a fast-paced environment where few employees even completed their first month of employment!

Jeff Mally

Managing Director

Jeff Mally began his sales career at the young age of 10, selling Beanie Babies at the swap meet with his older brother, Avi. Fast forward a decade, Jeff earned his Bachelor's in Mathematics, with a focus on financial modeling. He went on to receive his Master's in Education and spent 10 years teaching Talmudic Law. Avi then used his skills as a recruiter to bring Jeff to Three Pillars full time. Since joining Three Pillars in 2020, Jeff has been the #1 biller and holds numerous company milestones. Jeff helped build out the consumer division of Three Pillars, and has placed marketing talent at top Private Equity firms, Big 3 Consulting firms, and some of the fastest-growing DTC brands.
