Three Pillars Recruiting

Overview

Three Pillars Recruiting partnered with Function Health beginning in 2024 during a period of extraordinary growth, brand visibility, and organizational scaling. Function Health has rapidly emerged as one of the most prominent consumer health platforms in the market, experiencing accelerated membership growth, expanding creator and brand partnerships, and increasing operational complexity. Over the course of the partnership, Three Pillars delivered 38 placements across people operations, legal, growth, brand, creative, partnerships, and executive support. These hires were made at pace, often in parallel, enabling Function Health to scale its organization without sacrificing brand integrity, creative quality, or operational discipline.

Foundational Team Build-Out During Hypergrowth (2024)

The early phase of the partnership focused on rapidly building the core infrastructure required to support hypergrowth. This included Executive Assistants supporting senior leadership, the appointment of a Vice President of People to scale hiring and culture, and the addition of Deputy and Associate General Counsel to support regulatory, partnership, and operational needs. In parallel, Three Pillars helped build Function Health’s creator and events engine, placing leadership across Creator Partnerships and Events to support expanding creator relationships, community engagement, and high-visibility brand activations.

Scaling Brand, Growth, Creative, and Partnerships (2025)

As Function Health’s membership base and public profile expanded rapidly, the partnership evolved to support increasingly specialized and senior hires across acquisition, lifecycle CRM, brand partnerships, social, and creative production. These placements included heads of acquisition and lifecycle marketing, senior brand partnerships leadership, and a broad creative bench spanning copywriting, design, studios, social, and content production. Three Pillars also supported the build-out of Function Health’s internal creative studio and brand strategy organization, enabling the company to produce high-quality, high-volume content in-house while maintaining a consistent, trusted voice in a highly regulated category.
